The time wasted commuting to the office, paying for a bus pass and sitting in a bus or paying for parking and sitting my car would essentially just negate whatever raise I was given. To be honest if I was told told I needed to go back into the office 3 days a week but that I was getting a raise to keep me happy, I would look for another job. On days that are slower the only difference is instead of chit chatting with co workers in the lunch room or at their desk or walking around the office making small talk, I use that time to get a quick chore done around the house. ![]() Also, do you work remotely and if so are you one of those people that you’re referring to as one that stops working?
